Hi there! My name is Asia, owner of “Kinky Rootz Llc.” I’m a St. Louis based Loc Artist. Specializing with natural hair and products. My goal is to help my clients embrace their natural crown! Here’s what you need to know: Deposits are required immediately during booking to secure your spot, otherwise appointment request will be denied. Deposits are $25 (included in total) Deposit are $100 for styles $300 and up. ❗️ NOW ACCEPTING CARD PAYMENT ❗️ These other payment methods are acceptable as well for remaining / checkout balances. 🍎 Pay (314)-366-2500 PayPal @kinkyrootzllc Chime $K1nky-R00tz For same day or after hours appointments, a $20 fee is required. $50 fee for off day appointments. MUST SEND REQUEST via text for these options. Late fee ($20) applies 7 minutes after appointment time. 10minutes after, appointment will be canceled with no refund. Rescheduling (within same month) is acceptable w/ 48hr notice prior to appointment. After rescheduling up to 2 attempts, a new deposit is required. Deposit refund is granted ONLY if cancellation is on my behalf. Should you book wrong service/day or upon appointment day service requirements are not met due to booking wrong services, you will be asked to book a new appointment (deposits $25/100) is none refundable and will not go towards new booking. ‼️Should you fall asleep during services, 1 warning will be given. Second warning I will asked that you stand and shake it off. Third time I will stop in mid service and ask that you book again. No your previous deposit cannot be used for future booking. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 75% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
